Shipping & Delivery offers shipping through Fedex and USPS Internationally. Orders are generally shipped out within one business day after the order is placed. Delivery time is based on the shipments destination ( is a California-based company). Bargain Bin & Phone Repair orders are not shipped for free since the prices are already at rock bottom. Phone-In orders and orders placed with outside sites (E-Bay, Amazon, Etc.) are not shipped for free as well. In addition we charge a flat $9 handling fee on all Phone-In Orders and Phone Repairs. If you would like us to use your Fedex account that can be done, but the Fedex account must be verified prior to shipping which could delay your shipment a day or two. If a faster delivery time is desired, a shipping fee will be incurred. For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping during Checkout and any additional costs will be applied to the shopping cart. does not guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day it is ordered. Returns, Replacements & Warranties

All equipment, unless otherwise stated comes with a 1 (one) year standard warranty. Returns, Replacements & Warranties must be authorized via phone or an email with a customer service specialist. Please call a customer service specialist at 800.766.3425 or Equipment sent back must accompanied with an RMA number. When equipment is non-functioning a technician will assist the customer over the phone to determine if the problem can be rectified without sending the equipment in for a warranty repair. It has been our experience that many times the solution is simple and can be resolved in a few minutes over the phone. offers Advance Replacements within the first 30 days after the purchase date. An Advance Replacement is when the customer will be sent out a piece of equipment at no charge prior to returning the original purchase. This process assists the customer with a faster solution then having to wait on receiving back equipment sent in for warranty repair. An Advance Replacement form must be filled out by the customer prior to the equipment being shipped. The form requires a credit card number and authorization to charge that same credit card in case the equipment is not returned. provides ample time for the equipment to be returned. Replacement items/parts will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock for an Advance Replacement or that the shipping company will deliver the product on time. will only accept returns, less all shipping charges, within the first 15 days after the purchase date. The equipment must be in the exact condition as when shipped. A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns because if an item doesn't work we will rectify the issue and make certain the customer has working equipment. is not responsible for any return or original shipping fees.

Phone Repair
If you send in phone equipment for repairs, and the repairs have been completed but you have not supplied payment information, please call or fax the Accounting Department at 800.766.3425 or fax 800.720.1172 or email Once your payment is received we can ship your repairs back to your company. If your company is already set up with Net Terms we will automatically ship the phones back once the items have been completed. Please note that we CANNOT store customer equipment in our warehouse. We will NOT hold repaired equipment for longer than 30 days from the date we first contact you for payment information. If we do not receive payment for the completed repairs by 30 days from the first date we began contacting you, we will consider the equipment has been abandoned. We make every effort to contact customers, by phone, email, fax and mail. Please note that due to the low price of repairs we do not offer free shipping for any repair. Coupons are only valid at time of purchase. Coupons must be included in the box with items to be repaired. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website or by calling our sales department. If you have questions about a certain product, or are in need of assistance, please call one of our qualified Sales Representatives at (800) 766-3425. To order through our website, simply choose the items you wish to purchase, add them to your Shopping Cart and complete the one page order form at Checkout.
Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout & Paypal. If your company is set up to pay by net terms with a purchase order or by check your order should be placed through our sales department at 800.766.3425.
Pricing & Promotions
Any Discount Code received should be entered at Checkout for proper reductions in your shopping cart. Codes can only be used by logged in users. Promotions vary each day. We offer customers weekly discounts via email and offer continual savings through our Bargain Bin. We will beat any advertised price. If you find an item on our site that you would like to purchase and you find it somewhere else at a lesser cost, we will match their price and give you an additional 10% off. Of course we trust you, but we do need proof of the other prices found.
